I have learnt that the fur of the polar bear is transparent and not white in colour. Polar bear also has black skin. I have also learnt that penguines have feathers, although we cannot really see it. I enjoyed looking at the specimens that were once alive in the classroom.
ReplyDeleteI have learnt that white tigers tend to be larger both at birth and as fully grown adults.I have also learnt that snakes use their scales to move about.And fruit makes up 65–90 percent of the orangutan diet!Hope to go to the zoo again soon!

ReplyDeleteI have learnt that turtles have shell and scales and I have leanrt that polar bears do not have white fur but transparent colour. I have learnt that Emu,Ostrich and the penguines are type of bids who have feathers but they cannot fly. That is what I have learn at the zoo.I enjoyed being there.I hope that we will go to the zoo very very soon! :)
Arctic fox and Polar bear the colors are black if Polar bears live in the warmer place the fur will be black like the Arctic fox.I learnt that WHEN THE KILLING STOPS THE BUYING WILL.I do not know if it is right.They use also snow leopard skin for winter coats.One time I saw a winter coat in a SHOP

ReplyDeleteI have learnt that the longest snake in the world is Python. The fur of the Polar bear is transparent. As for turtle, it makes me realise that the body covering is the shell, but the other side of its body is made of scales. It is used to protect the turtle.
It's a great fun time to the Zoo. Hope to be there again.

ReplyDeleteI have learnt at the zoo that the ptython is the longest snake and I have learnt that polar bears do not have brown fur or white fur on it"s body but has transparent and black fur on it"s body and I have learnt that not many things can only lay eggs but many other animals can also give birth to thier young alive like a giraffe. I have also learnt that turtles can protect protect themselves by using thier shell. And the turtle usally have also scales on the turtles body.I have learn that the dolphin and the elephant, if you see th dolphin and the elephant, you will always think it does not have hair but they actually have hair on the body. Yhat is what I have learnt today Thank You.
ReplyDeleteYosep I can see the elephant hair OK.Dolphin is more harder to SEE.I hope when I go to the zoo with my family I want to touch the Rabbit.Now Rabbit is my favorite animal.I thought the anaconda was the biggest snake but python is the Biggest.I thought the cobra is not big of course I know that

i have learnt that some animals give birth and some lay eggs.turtle have two type of outer covering it is shell and scales.i know that penguin cannot fly but it used it wings to swimming .by the way penguin has feather.flamingo is a bird it has feather of the outer covering.

ReplyDeleteIf you go and harm animals I think the animals will harm you back.I think the male lion hair around the head is rough I guess?If you know Build-a-bear workshop you might stuf a doll and put on accessories I do not know if it is from an animal skin.You know China is killing animals I know that and other countries.We eat animals of course and I do not want to eat animals you know eat vegetables it is more healthier my computer background is an animal.It is a snow leopard.I wanted another animal.Well there is two animals with J,like jelly fish and Jaguar.My favorite animal is the Arctic Fox now people is harming it and killing it for the fur coat.Well they better use sheep they are not harming the sheep.That is it for today bye bye;) :) :D

Jen: I totally agree with you that killing animals to make them into fur clothes is extremely cruel. I also hope that they will stop!
Xiangzhe: Anacondas and king cobras are names of snakes. However, people think that they are the longest snake because of movies. In reality, the longest snake is the python.

ReplyDeleteI notice that the anacondas are more longer than the python.You know that sea world discovery cove is very big place for the dolphins.Underwater world the place for the dolphin is so small.My birthday is almost coming!!It is on the 15 april.So Excited.Have you know they use the elephant tusk for something and their skin.
